Aicallcontrol.com (the “Sites”) is a service of AI Call Control, LLC and its affiliates, including its FCC-registered services provider, Managed Communications, LLC (collectively, “AI Call Control”).
This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement” or “Terms”) sets forth the standards of use of the Sites and Services. By electronically signing, clicking to accept, or using the Sites, you (“Customer,” “You”) agree to these Terms and consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI Call Control reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Sites.

Important: AI Call Control, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Services.
You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
TCPA compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws.
Any information or materials you submit (excluding information required to use the Services) will not be considered confidential. By submitting content, you grant AI Call Control, LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content. AI Call Control reserves the right — but not the obligation — to remove or edit content at its discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to notify AI Call Control immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may result in termination.
Email addresses submitted through AI Call Control may be added to company communications. To unsubscribe, email sales@aicallcontrol.com. By providing a phone number, you consent to receiving service-related calls or texts.
AI Call Control uses SMS text messages to deliver transactional and account-related notifications to users who have provided a mobile phone number during signup or in their user profile. By providing a mobile phone number to AI Call Control and agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, you consent to receive automated, service-related text messages at that number.
Message frequency varies and is driven by your account activity. Most users receive between zero and twenty (0–20) messages per month under normal use.
Message and data rates may apply. AI Call Control does not charge a separate fee for system text messages, but your wireless carrier’s standard rates and fees will apply. AI Call Control is not liable for delays or failed deliveries.

You may opt out of non-essential SMS notifications by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Security codes and other legally required account messages may continue until you close your account or remove your mobile number. To resume messages, reply START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE, or update your contact preferences inside the portal.
No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors solely as required to deliver requested SMS messages. All other categories of use exclude SMS opt-in data and consent.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All intellectual property on the Sites — including copyrights, trademarks, and patents — belongs exclusively to AI Call Control, LLC or its licensors.

AI Call Control may review communications to ensure legal compliance. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree not to submit unlawful, harassing, or obscene content.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services, including applicable taxes and regulatory fees (USF, TRS, NANP, E911). Charges apply to all message attempts, regardless of delivery success. For tax purposes, usage is deemed to occur in the State of Nevada.
Credits are prepaid, non-transferable units used to access the Services.
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” AI Call Control, LLC disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the monthly transaction fees paid by the Customer.
You represent that your use complies with all applicable laws. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Call Control, LLC and Managed Communications, LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Services.
AI Call Control, LLC may suspend or terminate Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational necessity. All outstanding payment obligations survive termination.
You may cancel your account at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable beyond the applicable refund period.
Third-party links are provided solely for convenience. AI Call Control, LLC is not responsible for third-party content or transactions.
You may not attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Sites or Services. Violations may result in civil or criminal liability.
AI Call Control, LLC is not liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, internet outages, telecommunications failures, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Arizona.
All claims must be brought individually. Class or representative actions are not permitted.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created by these Terms. The prevailing party in any legal proceeding may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
